✨ When words aren’t enough… your body already knows what to do.
Somatic Dance isn’t about performing — it’s about feeling.
It’s about shaking loose what’s been held inside — the stress, the tension, the grief — and letting your body move it through.
Because energy needs to move.
And when we allow it to… healing happens.
