Rama Wellness Center is an experienced team of Certified Health Coaches; all are graduates of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition based in New York City. At IIN, all graduates are trained in more than 100 dietary health theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Our job is to provide continuous support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that should improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coaches, we will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. We will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you and together, we will explore concerns that might require our natural cutting edge therapies and treatments or lead you to our alternative outstanding doctors that we work with, based in Europe, America and Mexico. As a team, we strongly believe that all healings come from the HIGHER SOURCE but we must acknowledge its POWER WITHIN. We prefer not to list conditions that we treat as that may be limiting. Remember, we concentrate on assisting your body to HEAL ITSELF, and treating you, not a disease. We believe that supporting the self-healing mechanisms God/Nature designed in us can assist even the most challenging diseases.
