We’re excited to host Strong Mama, a workshop designed to help birthing people train confidently and intelligently throughout pregnancy.
Led by physical therapist, strength coach, and expecting mama Salinda Chan, DPT, this session will cover:
✨ Modifying workouts by trimester
✨ Pelvic floor support
✨ Breathing strategies to reduce doming & manage pressure
✨ Building strength and endurance that translates to labor
✨ Practical tools you can use right away
Whether you’re athletic or simply want to feel strong and capable in your changing body, this workshop will meet you where you are.
