Sacramento Regional Transit District is offering fare-free rides to local food distribution centers through Sunday, November 9, 2025.
To ride free, simply show this flyer and your valid SNAP (EBT) card when boarding a bus or light rail.

Our team joined the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Greater Sacramento Chapter's Out of the Darkness Walk last weekend! A little rain couldn’t stop us from connecting with our community, sharing hope, and spreading awareness about the mental health and wellness services available at One Community Health. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and joined us in supporting suicide prevention and mental health awareness. 💙

Last week, our Street Medicine Program Manager and Behavioral Health Clinical Program Director presented at the Sacramento County Department of Health Services Behavioral Health Division Mobile Medicine Summit.

Our Street Medicine Program provides compassionate, community-based care. Community Health Workers play a key role in coordinating care, behavioral health counseling is offered in the field, and our mobile dental van delivers essential services directly to those who need them.

We are proud of our team for their dedication, innovation, and heart in meeting people where they are. 💙

Our team was excited to participate in Celebrando Nuestra Salud last weekend and support such a meaningful community event. It was a day filled with community, culture, and connection. Booths provided resources ranging from housing assistance to health screenings and care programs. The music and folklore dances added to the festive atmosphere. We enjoyed sharing information about our sites and engaging with others interested in future collaborations.

In honor of National Coming Out Day, One Community Health joined the River District for a beautiful day of love, unity, and community. People of all ages came together to celebrate, enjoy amazing performances, and connect with one another.

The Ensamble Folclórico Colibrí, a gender-diverse dance troupe, captivated the crowd with a stunning reimagining of traditional Mexican dance. Their vibrant dresses and expressive movements beautifully celebrated both culture and diversity.
