This isn’t just art. It’s personal 🌳
As a team-building activity, our teams came together to create one-of-a-kind artwork for the Carmichael Health Center.
Staff from Arden and Dental were split into small groups and given different creative mediums like paint, watercolors, paper, pencils, and fabric to design leaves for their trees. Each group added their unique touch, making every tree truly special.
When the finished pieces were hung at Carmichael, staff loved finding their names in the artwork. Big smiles, lots of laughs, and a beautiful reminder of the teamwork and connection that make our One Community Health team so special.

We are proud to announce that Michelle Monroe, CEO of One Community Health, has been appointed Chair of the Sacramento County Health Authority Commission — a body entrusted with improving health care quality, expanding access, integrating services, promoting wellness, and reducing disparities for Medi-Cal members in Sacramento County.
Through this leadership role, Michelle will collaborate with public health partners, providers, and community stakeholders to amplify efforts that benefit our neighbors and strengthen the health support systems in our region.
