I'm creating some educational videos about setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. I'd love your input either in the comments below or via messenger.

From your observations, what are the most common challenges that people face when setting and maintaining healthy boundaries?

Here are some examples:

"Many people are afraid of conflict, so they often avoid setting boundaries, even when they know they need to."

"Some people are afraid of being rejected, so they are always trying to please others, even when it means sacrificing their own needs."

"Some people have low self-esteem, so they don't believe that they deserve to have their needs met."

"Many people have had their boundaries violated in the past, so they are afraid of being hurt again."
