Per the governor's order below, we will be canceling all Y12SR yoga classes until June 1st. Stay healthy🙏
All individuals living in California must stay at home or at their place of residence except to get essential services or to go to work in a critical industry.

Y12SR-The yoga of 12-step recovery will in fact be held tonight at its regular time at 7:00 p.m. If you have your own mat please bring it. I will have hand sanitizer and disinfectant mat wipes available for student use. We all could use a little more peace and serenity right now...

Y12SR-The Yoga of 12-step Recovery will be holding class at the ACYPAA convention this weekend! Join us Friday and Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m.! No previous yoga experience necessary! Friday will be a 4th Step meditation/yoga practice, and Saturday will be an 11th Step yoga/ meditation practice! Can't wait to see y'all there!
