Mooniek Seebregts Greatparentsempower We support working parents in becoming aligned, emotionally intelligent leaders —
at work, at home, and in life. It isn't easy to raise kids. Period.

Being a Mom or Dad often brings up feelings of doubt, insecurity, guilt, stress, shame, and heartache. We believe that it is important that the essential, privileged work of being a parent is supported by foundational great tools, tips and ideas. Parent empowerment coach Mooniek Seebregts offers a 7-week course facilitated LIVE or VIRTUALLY. In this amazing, adequate and efficient course parents learn how to to truly care for themselves on deeper levels, how to be responsive instead of reactive, how to foster inner wisdom, which results in building (better) connections with their kids. In summary: great parents empower themselves so that they can be an example of empowerment for their kids. This example will support their children in being confident, capable and loving themselves on the inside and outside. So that they are able to actively build a world to which they want to belong.

... If we dare to listen, the whispers in our mind often carry the questions our soul longs to ask.

These whispers can be the sparks of transformation urging you to not just accept what is.

Allow yourself and your loved ones to chase the questions that stir something deeper.

That’s where real growth and 'change for the better' begins.

Hi, hi—are you curious about a mastermind that’s unlike any other?

This one doesn’t just focus on hard goals.

It also makes space for desires, inklings, and those quiet nudges that often get ignored in busy lives—
even though they might be the most important signals of all.

This mastermind is different because it’s built for the whole person.

It doesn’t restrict by age or certain profession.

It works—because it’s rooted in self-leadership.
You speak what you want into the circle—and that act alone creates clarity, energy, and momentum.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about doing you, on purpose.

Come check it out tomorrow with this link:

You may know that earlier this year, I spent a few months backpacking through mountains and forests.

Naturally, it took time and intention to prepare myself for that challenge.

One of the things that kept me focused — both before and during — was the very mastermind I facilitate.

Because I know how powerful it is, I’m inviting you to join our monthly mastermind — and try your first session completely free.

Because:

*Life is full. Your mind is busy.

*And your main goals and desires? Still waiting?

Why this mastermind?

Each month brings more ideas, more distractions, more to-dos.

And yet the goals and desires that matter most… stay stuck on hold.

You’re not unmotivated. You’re just overloaded.

And in the noise of daily life, clarity slips away — even with planners, vision boards, or best intentions.

That’s where this space comes in.

-Once a month.

-45 minutes.

-A pause with purpose.

To reset your month in just 45 minutes — with clarity and intention.

Join a group of thoughtful professionals who don’t just talk about goals and desires— they commit to them.

-1 Zoom call

-3 goals or intentions

-30+ days of ripple effect

No hype.
No hacks.
No pressure.

Just a space to realign, reset, and lead yourself forward — with clarity.

So, the next Mastermind: Wednesday, Oct 29, 11.30 AM PST.

Live on Zoom · 45 Minutes · Open to All

Reserve your spot and show up for yourself. Use this link:

When we see someone speak up, take a risk, or walk through fear with clarity—we don’t just admire them. (Could be our colleagues, friends or our children.)
We awaken something in ourselves.

To honor someone’s bravery is to feed your own.
That’s the power of witnessing.
That’s the spark of leadership.

The other day, I met a working dad.
He was consumed with thoughts about his son.

Not because the boy was misbehaving—but because he was different than the dad expected him to be.

This father was stuck between two extremes:

-Trying to control his son, telling him how to think

-Or letting him figure it out alone

But the part that almost broke the dad?

The constant judgment, griping, and anger coming from his son.

He kept asking me:

Should I defend myself?

Should I prove I’m a great dad?

Should I step back?

And then I also asked him this:

How do you think this is affecting you at work?

Because it is.

The frustration.

The self-doubt.

The emotional weight.

It doesn't stay at home.

It shows up in the way we lead, speak, and react.

Leadership at home is leadership at work.

And when we learn to lead ourselves in our hardest relationships—

everything else begins to shift as well.

Right before my talk on self-care and leadership for working parents, I stepped outside for a quiet moment.

To breathe.
To check in with myself.
To (try to) fix my hair.
But… it was so windy.

Later, when I saw the photo taken during my talk, I laughed.
You can see my flattened hair.
But honestly?
That could be a metaphor.

When you’re a working parent, your hair or your life rarely looks “put together.”

However, when you’ve taken care of yourself—mentally, emotionally, spiritually—you don’t need that to feel grounded.
You can show up in the middle of a mess—wind and all—and still lead with clarity, presence, and purpose.

In my talk, I said:

“Self-care is not selfish.
It’s not a reward.
It’s a requirement.
It’s strategic—so you can show up with energy and presence where it matters most.”

Even with 'whatever style hair.'
Even when you're tired.
Even when life has a mind of its own.
You don’t need to do it perfectly.

You just need to show up well—starting with yourself. 💛

This was me at 4:30 AM— :)
another passenger kindly took this photo.

Because every mile…
Every mic…
It’s all with intention.

I don’t just travel to speak.
I work with parents who lead—at home, at work, in life.

Because leadership isn’t about pressure, perfection, or control.

It’s about support.
It’s about connection.
It’s about building the strength to lift others—

in boardrooms and in living rooms.
It’s the kind of leadership that starts with you—
and ripples into every part of your family, your relationships, your work.

And here’s what I know to be true:
When we take better care of ourselves, when we understand emotional intelligence, we lead better—without even trying.

I am talking about leadership that sticks.
Leadership that feels human.
Leadership that aligns with real life.

If that speaks to you—say hi in the comments. And, I’d love to hear where you are on your journey combining work and home.

I practice what I preach.

I talk about being an intentional leader—for working parents,… feeling stretched too thin.

But I don’t just talk about self-leadership. I live it.

This photo?
It’s me, somewhere deep in the wilderness, hiking the Pacific Crest Trail.
2 months.
1,000 miles.
Alone.
On purpose.

And yes—I came back with stories, insights, and a radically new relationship with self-care.

If you're in Sacramento/Fair Oaks, I’d love to invite you to my upcoming lecture:
