November is National Family Caregiver month and caregivers are a crucial part of any cancer care team. In most cases, the caregiver is unpaid – usually a spouse, partner, or adult child. Our community partner, the American Cancer Society, has resources and tools to help caregivers support their loved ones while also noting the importance of taking care of themselves. There's even a caregiver support video series that covers physical care, self-care, and stories of support.
