March is Developmental Disabilities Month 💙

Not long ago, many people with developmental disabilities were hidden, segregated, or excluded from community life.

History matters. 📚

Not for nostalgia — but for understanding how far we’ve come and why building inclusive communities still matters today. 🤝🌍

Follow our page to learn more about how developmental disabilities and foster youth intersect, and why awareness and support matter. 💙

💙 Self-Love Bingo Challenge 💙

How many squares can you check off today?

Self-love can look like practicing gratitude, finding something to laugh about, reminding yourself “I am enough,” or simply recognizing that you matter. Every small step toward caring for yourself counts.

Take a moment today to see how many of these you can connect with. Screenshot the bingo and challenge yourself to practice at least one! ✨

Remember, you don’t have to navigate things alone. If you need support, someone to talk to, or help finding resources, we’re here for you.
