Child's pose (Balasana). This restorative pose helps us connect with breath. This pose helps with back pain, managing blood pressure and helps with insomnia. Allow your hips to gently guide towards the heals. If you are really stiff, use a blanket in between the calves and thighs and a block for the head. Allow your neck to be long and your gaze to shut down. This is a pose where my students often sign out "YES" when I call this pose.
