We’re all smiles after yesterday’s womb clearing session with .maroney. Nearly 20 women gathered and experienced somatic movement, breathwork, Mayan abdominal massage, and a powerful release of trauma and stuck energy.

Weaving the threads of mindfulness, somatics and cultural depth and technique from lineages of social partner dance such as Blues, Swing, Salsa and Tango, as well as solo movement concepts from contemporary dance and African diasporic traditions, Wren masterfully crafts containers imbued with trust and permission empowering dancers to enter into flow state within a safer, brave space. The practice focuses on inviting, allowing, attuning and relaxing into ever deepening levels of listening and coherent, consensual play that strengthens community feeling.
lafeet is a force to be reckoned with and we are SO lucky to have him join us in Sacramento. Meet us for an afternoon of life-changing instruction and fun dancing.
