Since the New Year I have worked out quite a bit so I can accomplish my goal of hiking Iron Mountain ποΈ for my birthday.
* Took a swim on New Year's Day
* Neighborhood walks in the rain (and catching one of the brightest full moons)
* Hiked Mt. Woodson with friends in the rain
* Taught water aerobics
