That’s a wrap on this season of Free Community Yoga at 🌞🫶
I’ve been teaching this class since 2018, and it holds such a special place in my heart. I’m deeply passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone—regardless of experience, background, or budget. This all-levels class has been one of my favorite offerings, and I’m so grateful to share this space with such a beautiful community.
While I’ll miss our Sunday flows during the summer break, the time off is a gentle reminder to pause, reset, and appreciate what grounds us. I’ll still be teaching around Safety Harbor throughout the summer, so you’ll see me around—just not at the market (for now 😉).
🗓️ Mark your calendars: we’re back on the mat at starting September 21st! ✨

I’m a girl with a passion for helping and healing people through natural, holistic medicine. I use an array of healing modalities and holistic techniques including: yoga, meditation, energy healing, body work, herbalism, nutrition, and mindfulness coaching to encourage healing from the inside out!
My journey to yoga began when I was in high school, after I moved back home to Alabama. I had grown up dancing, performance arts groups, competitive dance teams, and my school’s theatre department. When I moved to Alabama and lost all of that, I too felt lost. I tried rediscovering myself for a little over two years before walking into a yoga class at the YMCA. I had no idea how much it was going to change my life. After that, I started practicing pretty regularly taking classes every chance I could. I moved back to Florida when I was 18 and found a studio to call home, Trinity Yoga Studio in New Port Richey. That’s when I really deepened my practice and fell in love with the way yoga felt in my body. I developed a dedicated practice there before deciding to go through with Yoga Teacher Training.
I got my YTT through The Yoga Viva in July of 2016! My YTT was also where I was first introduced to herbalism and plant medicine. I grew passionate for all things healing; yoga, meditation, herbalism, and a plant based diet.
Now, I’ve dedicated my life to sharing my passions of healing with everyone I meet. I teach yoga regularly at three local studios, Yoga in the Park at Philippe Park, and travel all over the states sharing movement workshops at music festivals. I work with medicinal plants to help heal the body and mind. In addition to yoga, I also practice Thai Yoga Massage to help decompress, relax, and stretch the physical body.
