Alright, so spirit wants you to know whatever it is that your holding onto you need to let it go! Wether its a grudge or resentment, anger or sadness, regret!... its time to let it go so you can truly move forward and truly heal. Its the start of a new month so let's clear out all that stagnant energy from last month because the last 2 weeks of January was a real doozy for alot of people. Go ahead give your home a good cleaning from top to bottom then do a sage cleanse and see how much lighter the air in your home feels
