No yoga this weekend - Took the RV to the coalfields of WV. Great hiking with the weighted vest. Not my best pace, but set a record for elevation climb. So now I’m going to sit back & relax with my bad hair and sunburn!

Pro Tip: When the hotel room floor is gross, use the extra blanket as a mat for your mat.
Usually I find inspiration during my hotel room yoga sessions. But this floor is nasty. My goal tonight is to not get cooties. Other than that, all is well and beautiful in Charles Town (not Charleston) WV.

No travel for me this week. So, it was yoga on the back deck of my home tonight. The air was cool, and the sounds of nature were my backdrop. I don’t know about you, but May has been a busy month. Thank goodness for my faith and my yoga to keep me grounded and inspired. May it continue to do so in June.
