Homestead went “Tree To Table” for our April Meridian Meal Club celebration! We started with a visit to the Vermont Maple Outlet in Jeffersonville. Maple syrup tasting left us wanting more, and Chef Paul along with our amazing dietary team delivered! A SWEET day indeed. 🍁 😋

The best care begins with the best team!
Today, we had the privilege of meeting our Meridian Senior Leader, Kevin C. It was a great day celebrating our team and sharing all things Vermont with him—be sure to check out the gift basket the staff put together!
This team is made up of some of the hardest-working, most caring, and dedicated individuals. They step up without hesitation and give more of themselves than they should, which speaks volumes about their character.

UVM students from Vermont Youth Leaders in Aging treated our residents with a special visit from Mia of the UVM Celtic Cats! Homestead residents learned about Irish dancing and even some steps of a jig. Mia demonstrated her amazing talent. FUN for everyone. Thank you to all of the students for bringing this high spirited program to us!
