Better late than never!🙏🙏

I stopped binge eating after learning these 2 things. 💥💥

I have spent a lifetime learning to understand all of my health and eating behaviors.😳😳

I spent so many years, listening to fitness and nutrition gurus beat us down, making it feel like it had everything to do with my lack of willpower and 😩😩 discipline.

When I was going through perimenopause, I also remember comforting myself with food and thinking… I thought I had this all figured out. No one brought hormones or true needs into the equation.
