At next week’s club meeting, we’re thrilled to welcome Dr. James Grimes, a leading expert in orthopaedics. He will share how cutting-edge technology and advancements in preventative and regenerative medicine are helping patients return to full function faster and healthier than ever before.

Dr. Grimes performs more than 700 joint surgeries each year, from arthroscopy to total joint replacement. He pioneered arthroscopic resurfacing in our area, completed the first outpatient joint replacement at an Outpatient Surgery Center, and introduced computer navigation and robotic joint replacement locally.

His impressive background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of California–San Diego, medical training at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine, a surgical internship at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California, and an orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Hawaii.
