Hello everyone! 👋

I’m a local trauma-informed perinatal mental health therapist and I’m super excited to share about a group I am starting in mid-September for pregnant and postpartum women🤰🏻🤱🏾

I've been dreaming about creating something like this since Summer 2021 when my own search for others who could understand my complicated postpartum experience yielded no results.

Here are the quick details:
WHO- pregnant and 0-3 years postpartum women; babies in arms are extremely welcome 👶
WHAT- weekly group connection, support and relevant topics to foster maternal mental health
WHEN- 10am-11am every Wednesday starting September 18, 2024
WHERE- The beautiful and inviting STA Birth Collective located at 5A Sanchez Ave, St. Augustine FL 32084
PRICE- $30 per group (no ongoing commitment, pay only for the groups you attend)

Hello out there!

Long ago this page was called Sunlight Wellness and it was used to promote my holistic health coaching business. When I moved to Seattle, WA in 2014 for graduate school I closed up shop and have been 100% inactive on this business page ever since.

BUT (drum role please), it’s now 6 years later and I’ve since expanded my services, rebranded, and am ready to return to Facebook. I’ve been practicing mental health counseling for nearly five years now and no longer am I focusing solely on holistic health coaching.

I know it’s been a while, so allow me to re-introduce myself. I’m Jackie Werboff, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in FL. I‘m the owner of Wide Awake Living, LLC. I provide both online video (HIPPA compliant telehealth) therapy sessions AND in-person therapy sessions in St. Augustine FL. I have advanced professional training and experience in trauma-focused mental health therapy.

I’m trained in:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM)
Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

And I still offer health coaching services, too!
