SMT Personal Concierge SMT Personal Concierge is a personal lifestyle management service. We are the "extra set of hands" for busy individuals at home or in the office.

Our role is to quietly manage the infrastructure of your life so decisions don't stack up, standards are enforced, and your household functions whether you're at home or halfway across the globe. Assisting with general task, including running errands, organizing, decluttering are just a few of the services offered. Professional who serves their clients all day, spends time with family, and have little time for themselves, are discovering the benefits of having a personal concierge at home and in the office. My background and how I made the decision to become a Personal Concierge. It's really quite simple. For over 20 years, I've work in the hospitality industry as a restaurant manager. From time to time I would venture into other industries like major corporations, such as Acme Market Company, Pacifico Ford Auto Sales and Finance, did some transportation logistic for Celebrity Limousine, domestic service for The Desmond Hotel and some senior health care using some of my transferable skills. Some would say, “That's amazing how I could move from one extreme to thee other”, being able to work in a major corporate setting to doing manual labor. Well that is the benefit of what I do. As a personal concierge, one must be flexible and adapt to any environment. Since I like doing a variety of task this make what I do perfect. SMT Personal Concierges is seeking qualified contractors for a culvert pipe installation project in Flagler Estates, Florida.

🔹 Scope of Work:

Install 48” x 30’ driveway culvert pipe

Placement of 5 pallets of riprap bags

Delivery and grading of 4 loads of fill dirt

Contractor must obtain all required permits from the Flagler Estates Road and Water Control District

🔹 Project Start Date: Flexible – Project anticipated to begin within 2 weeks of contract award
🔹 Timeline: Must be completed within 15 business days from project start date
🔹 Budget: Please submit your final rate (including labor, materials, equipment, and permit handling)

🔹 Proposal Requirements:
✅ Proof of license and insurance
✅ Submit 3 client references with similar scope
✅ Breakdown of timeline and project milestones
