Progress!
Well I ended ”Carnivore June” a few days early since we were headed off to Colorado for vacation. When I’m on vacation I don’t go nuts…but I’m also not going to miss out on good food!
This month I GAINED 1.8 pounds eating clean…but clearly the results were there. What does that mean? It means my body was HAPPY eating clean fuel and prioritizing protein and based on my strength numbers and the mirror test, I’d say I gained some muscle!
Meat, fruit, water, coffee, a few veggies here and there, and 2 minor cheats (about 12 tortilla chips one night, and a beautiful summer Saturday night where I decided ice cream was worth it!)
No TRT, No Peptides, No Gimmicks.
Just Clean Fuel and Good Workouts from !!!
Clients often put WAY too much stock in what the scale says. The scale can go in the trash…I can see and feel the positive results!
