Outdoor Workouts are the BEST!

You don’t need a lot of time, nice gym, or fancy equipment.

Just a little discipline, some ingenuity, and God willing some beautiful weather and views!

Stepping up to new endeavors has added a ton to my plate, but prioritizing fitness has been a huge stress relief and a healthy body and mind make the grind a lot more bearable.

Fitness, Flag, and Freedom on the 4th of July! 🇺🇸

Get out there and enjoy the greatest country on God’s green earth! But always remember the sacrifices our country was built on.

Honor those who put this country on their backs. Do it in how you live, the examples you set, and put in the work to keep this whole crazy experiment called the United States of America going!

Progress!

Well I ended ”Carnivore June” a few days early since we were headed off to Colorado for vacation. When I’m on vacation I don’t go nuts…but I’m also not going to miss out on good food!

This month I GAINED 1.8 pounds eating clean…but clearly the results were there. What does that mean? It means my body was HAPPY eating clean fuel and prioritizing protein and based on my strength numbers and the mirror test, I’d say I gained some muscle!

Meat, fruit, water, coffee, a few veggies here and there, and 2 minor cheats (about 12 tortilla chips one night, and a beautiful summer Saturday night where I decided ice cream was worth it!)

No TRT, No Peptides, No Gimmicks.

Just Clean Fuel and Good Workouts from !!!

Clients often put WAY too much stock in what the scale says. The scale can go in the trash…I can see and feel the positive results!
