A body scan is a mindfulness technique that helps you check in, reduce physical tension, and calm your nervous system.

Start at the top of your head and slowly move your attention down — noticing your jaw, neck, shoulders, chest, arms, stomach, legs, and feet. No need to judge. Just notice.
