What a wonderful evening at Eagle Pointe! Our Tour of the Trees event was a great success, welcoming roughly 200 guests to enjoy the festive atmosphere.

Guests enjoyed live music, beautifully decorated trees, and a variety of delicious snacks prepared by the Eagle Pointe kitchen. The event was filled with holiday cheer, great conversations, and a strong sense of community.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event so special — it was truly a joyful celebration of the season!

A milestone day at Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe!

Our leadership and Eagle Pointe team began the morning with a community blessing—lifting up our future residents and the dedicated team members who will serve them.

Soon after, we welcomed our very first resident home. She proudly cut the ribbon alongside Vista Prairie CEO Jim Bettendorf; Chief Operating Officer Anna Petersmeyer; Executive Director Jennifer McMullen; St. Francis City Administrator Kate Thunstrom; St. Francis Area Chamber Chairperson Michelle Anderson; additional Vista Prairie leaders and the Eagle Pointe team—officially opening the door to this exciting new chapter. This marks the official launch of our phased move-in period.

We are now scheduling appointments for:
• Independent Living — move-ins underway
• Assisted Living — anticipated move-ins beginning December 1
