Breaststroke | Kick | Heel Touch
An fun way to increase flexibility while implementing kinesthetics to the stroke. Be conscious about your or your swimmers ability to reach the heels. If unable to touch at first that is ok, just the action of reaching will be enough to increase flexibility over time. Learn more about this and other drills in my book linked below!
