Many of us have suffered with deep subconscious patterns and habits from our upbringing and a majority of us have no idea that that is the root to a lot of our suffering and present pain.

It is a challenging journey to go within and to face or hold space for those parts of us that are keeping us prisoner in our present lives.

Know that it is a journey that many are going on and that you are not alone and that you CAN do it!✨

Remember to seek therapy and communities that will support you in the midst of your healing journey, we have each other.
