I am a 25 year old fitness entrepreneur, living in the midwest. I enjoy to lift heavy and challenging myself every day in the gym with powerlifting workouts. I love cooking and baking in a creative manner to create healthy meals and snacks that are not only great for you, but tasty as well. I am looking to help others reach their fitness goals and help them form the same passion that I have for living a healthy active lifestyle.

You NEED to make these — so quick, easy & delicious! Save this recipe for later & lemme know what you think!! 📌

+ 2 cup protein oats
+ 1.5 cup peanut butter
+ 1/2 cup honey
+ 1 cup chocolate protein powder
+ 1/4 cup chia seeds
+ 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Mix well until combined. Scoop into balls. Roll said balls. Store in container in the fridge + enjoy 🤍

Our 14th valentine’s day spent together ❤️ Snuck away from the kiddos for a couple hours to spend some@quality time together & I loved every second of it!! 4 years ago we did our first picnic with .picnic.co & it was one of our most favorite dates, so we decided to do it again this year & it did not disappoint!! So intimate & peaceful — 10/10 recommend if you’re ever in southern Utah 🌥️⛰️

Prepare to be SICK of me 😆👏🏼 Gimme 6 months at to rebuild stronger than ever — y’all better watch out, I’m locking IN 🔐😂💯

Still doing my postpartum workouts to rehab my core + pelvic floor but I’m feeling AMAZING so I am starting to add back in some light machine focused workouts 👏🏼

Here’s what I did today:

- pendulum squat: 3x8
- .builder hip thrusts + pulses: 3x8 of each
- .official step up: 2x6 each leg
- .builder dual weighted hyperextension: 2x6

Followed it up with core + pelvic floor rehab work! Feeling so good! Excited to see the progress I can make now that I have access to the best gym EVER 🙌🏼
