We're almost through the shedding of the snake. And stepping into the energy of the fire horse.
The snake taught us to release old stories, old patterns, old ways of shrinking or surviving that no longer for who we became. This season has asked us to slow down, feel deeply, heal quietly, and rebuild from the inside out. Even when it felt uncomfortable.

People ask me all the time what drew me to mindfulness.
And the truth is, I didn’t find it.
It found me.

After years of carrying other people’s trauma as a social worker and telling myself “I’m fine” over and over, I didn’t realize how much of that weight was living in my body.
I was grieving, disconnected, and far from my purpose.

Everything shifted when I took the Clarity Catalyst course.
It didn’t just teach me mindfulness.
It brought me back to life.
It brought me back to myself.

It showed me that healing doesn’t mean leaving your work.
It means learning how to stay whole while you are doing it.

If you are helping everyone else but quietly losing yourself, this work might be for you too.

We were taught that slowing down means falling behind.
But constant pushing leads to burnout, breakdown, or illness.
Slowing down is how we stay in this game.
Sustainability over survival.
