It is crucial that we share with our children the importance of good health and how to maintain it NATURALLY!
Being conscious of what they are consuming, the toxins they are being exposed to and how to avoid them, how important essential nutrients are and where to get them, having a good understanding that the body is interconnected and works as a whole. I share alternative therapies they may benefit from in the future, how do properly detox the body, herbs/supplements that help support your body, and in hopes to inspire them to help others naturally- a list of alternative career pathways is included and so much more!
I created these curriculums for my daughter & I had to share with YOU!! The earlier you plant the seed, the better!😊
