This is the truth of it, and it's hard to hear!
🌿Take control of your health, before it takes control of you!
🌿There is always something you can be doing to support your body naturally! Improving your Foundations of Health is a great start!🤩
🌞Sunshine- Provides Vitamin D, which increases your immune system.
💦Proper hydration- Plays a huge role in detoxifying the body as well, naturally will thin the blood, spring water is great. Sometimes I add a pinch of salt for better hydration (as salt will pull fluids into the cell).
💨Air- fresh air, get outside and take some deep slow breaths, this will also lower stress within. Avoid fragrances if possible.
🛌Rest- Proper rest is important for brain health, detoxifications. It is best to be on a routine schedule!
💪Exercise- Great for overall health, cardiovascular system, oxygenating the body and eliminating toxins. Start small if you are not one for physical activity. Some is better than none.
🍉Nutrition- I reccomend the 80/20 rule (80% of the time you are mindful & 20% of the time tou have some wiggle room). Organic/grass fed is best. Clean fruits (best way to hydrate) and vegetables, limiting refined carbs is suggested.
🙏Prayer/meditation- Find some time for yourself, this is known to speed up ones recovery process. Lowers stress!
💆♀️Body work- Message therapy, chiropractic adjustments, reflexology, acupuncture etc. These stimulate energy/blood flow, with that comes oxygen, with oxygen comes healing. Also helps stimulate the lymphatic system, which eliminates toxins from the body. If one gets sick often, there lymphatic system is likely congested!
📶EMF exposure- They are not visible, however do disrupt good health on a cellular level. Wifi routers, smart meters (check location on house, is the other side of the wall where you rest or relax?), phones/ devices plugged in by you (I would not use when charging, very high on EMF reader), no ear pods, laptop on lap, phone by you head in use are a few other suggestions. Do not let your child stand by the microwave (they love to watch popcorn pop)!
