Have you done a heavy metal detox before? We are all exposed to heavy metals. Did you know that they can contribute to health issues?
Are you experiencing any of the following, if so, I highly reccomend HTMA testing. This will show me mineral levels/ important ratios, adrenal and thyroid activity as well as heavy metal toxicity. Re-mineralizing the body can naturally expel heavy metals.
We support your deficiencies, balance out important ratios and then work on opening up your detoxification pathways all while supporting weaknesses and stress within. I test to see congestion and gut motility (RBTI) in office before we begin the detoxification process of heavy metals, parasites, mold, and other environmental toxins.

🌿✨️Exciting Announcement for Homeschool Families!I✨️🌿

I am thrilled to introduce our new homeschool curriculum designed to help children achieve good health naturally! This course is tailored to ages 6-15 year olds, in workbook form.

📚Ages 6-9: Fun and engaging activities that teach the basics of healthy living, including nutrition, foundations of health, body systems, additional ways you can support your body using herbs, homeopathy and essential oils. Discussing exposure to toxins like chemicals in the home, heavy metals, parasites, glyphosate and the importance of detoxifications. We also go over holistic health career pathways and how to support our bodies naturally if we get sick.
📚Age 10: Make your best judgment, can go either way. I find that those with older siblings would benefit from the older older course.
📚Ages 11 (with an adult) & 12-15:
This is ment to be a 1 semester course. We dive deeper into health, focusing on nutrition, the foundations of health, body systems, the benefits of using additional body support like herbs, homeopathy and essential oils. We then discuss toxins and where you could be getting exposure. From chemicals in the home to heavy metals, parasites, mold, glyphosate and EMF exposure. After that we jump into detoxifications, how to prepare the body for one and natural remedies to help restore balance within. I introduce holistic health career pathways, additional therapies you may benefit from and a checklist for when "you are feeling under the weather". This workbook is great to keep on hand as the information within will help guide you on your holistic health journey! This curriculum offers hands-on learning experiences and exciting projects to foster a love for healthy living from a young age.

This can be used in a co-op setting or along with your routine at home!

This is the truth of it, and it's hard to hear!
🌿Take control of your health, before it takes control of you!
🌿There is always something you can be doing to support your body naturally! Improving your Foundations of Health is a great start!🤩

🌞Sunshine- Provides Vitamin D, which increases your immune system.
💦Proper hydration- Plays a huge role in detoxifying the body as well, naturally will thin the blood, spring water is great. Sometimes I add a pinch of salt for better hydration (as salt will pull fluids into the cell).
💨Air- fresh air, get outside and take some deep slow breaths, this will also lower stress within. Avoid fragrances if possible.
🛌Rest- Proper rest is important for brain health, detoxifications. It is best to be on a routine schedule!
💪Exercise- Great for overall health, cardiovascular system, oxygenating the body and eliminating toxins. Start small if you are not one for physical activity. Some is better than none.
🍉Nutrition- I reccomend the 80/20 rule (80% of the time you are mindful & 20% of the time tou have some wiggle room). Organic/grass fed is best. Clean fruits (best way to hydrate) and vegetables, limiting refined carbs is suggested.
🙏Prayer/meditation- Find some time for yourself, this is known to speed up ones recovery process. Lowers stress!
💆‍♀️Body work- Message therapy, chiropractic adjustments, reflexology, acupuncture etc. These stimulate energy/blood flow, with that comes oxygen, with oxygen comes healing. Also helps stimulate the lymphatic system, which eliminates toxins from the body. If one gets sick often, there lymphatic system is likely congested!
📶EMF exposure- They are not visible, however do disrupt good health on a cellular level. Wifi routers, smart meters (check location on house, is the other side of the wall where you rest or relax?), phones/ devices plugged in by you (I would not use when charging, very high on EMF reader), no ear pods, laptop on lap, phone by you head in use are a few other suggestions. Do not let your child stand by the microwave (they love to watch popcorn pop)!

⭐️Try these daily & you should notice a difference in your overall health!

The earlier they know this information, the sooner they can be more mindful of their decisions. Ex: why one should choose veggies over candy and toxin exposure, knowing how to limit it.
