Do NOT let a health diagnosis stop you from living your life or accomplishing your goals. There is always something you can be doing to support your body NATURALLY.

When it comes to getting "diagnosed", often times most stop searching for answers and let it overcome them. Do the opposite- Continue seeking answers, changing your mindset is huge and can impact your health in either direction.

Positive mindset--> Positive outcomes
Negative mindset--> Negative outcomes

Addressing your foundations of health is a great place to start. Second to that- mineral restoration and detoxifications- heavy metals, parasites, viruses, bacteria, mold all play a role in disrupting good health.

I have been interested in holistic health for a long time now. What first piqued my interest was parasites and the harm that they can cause. I knew from the beginning I wanted to focus heavily on detoxification. However, what really pushed me to pursue this career was an encounter I had with a patient that I was scanning (CT tech) to see how well her cancer treatments were working. Within a week of this interaction, I enrolled in the Certified Health Coach program and then completed the Certified Holistic Health Practitioner program. There has not been one hiccup in this whole process. The Lord took the lead and I'm following!

Since graduating from Trinity, I have opened my own practice and work with individuals to restore their health naturally. One of the things I love most about my work is that it doesn't even feel like work. I enjoy sharing the information that I have learned. I get to help people and share my passion with others. Bringing support to your detoxification pathways is very important when restoring balance within and eliminating toxins.

⭐️Urinary System
Filters blood through the kidneys, removing waste products, excess salts, drugs, and toxins. These are excreted from the body in urine.

⭐️Liver
The body’s main detox organ. It processes toxins (like alcohol, medications, and metabolic waste), converts them into safer substances, and sends them to be eliminated through bile (into the bowels) or back into the blood for removal by the kidneys.

⭐️Bowels (Digestive System)
Eliminates solid waste, including toxins processed by the liver and waste from digestion. Regular bowel movements prevent reabsorption of toxins.

⭐️Skin
Acts as a protective barrier and eliminates small amounts of waste through sweat (such as salts and other toxins).

⭐️Lymphatic System
Collects cellular waste, toxins, and excess fluid from tissues and transports them to the bloodstream for processing and elimination by the liver and kidneys.

⭐️Lungs
Remove carbon dioxide (a waste product of metabolism) and eliminate volatile substances (like alcohol vapors) through exhalation.

I work with you to OPEN your detoxification pathways. It can be dangerous to begin a detox without doing so as toxins will relocate in the body.

REAMS Testing shows me internal stress and weaknesses within. HTMA Testing shows me mineral deficiencies and accumulation of heavy metals. These 2 tests compliment each other very well and are used to help me identify areas that need additional support.
