💜In October alone, we've connected with many Elk and Cameron county residents through our 24 hour hotline, counseling, shelter, education programs, housing and victim services. While we provide comprehensive services as dual agency (SA and DV), these statistics are domestic violence related ALONE!

📣Whether you are a survivor, family member, friend - know that CAPSEA is here to support you where you are. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, confidential assistance to ALL community members in need.

📚🥫 Clear Your Fines and Fight Hunger!
Don't let those library fines keep you from your next great read! Our "Food for Fines" program is here to help you clear your slate while supporting the community.

Here's the Deal:
📆: Now through November 15th
🥫: Bring in non-perishable food items
💰: We'll take $2 off your overdue fines per donated item.

❤️ All donations go directly to the RASD Elker Cupboard to help local families in need. If you don't have fines, your donation is still deeply appreciated!

🚨We are especially in need of:
•Peanut Butter
•Cereal
•Heat & Serve Meals (like Spaghetti-O's, canned ravioli, or Hormel Compleats)
(Please, no out-of-date, rusted, or dented cans.)

Did you know we have a certified Horse Power Reading Instructor?

Horse Powered reading is an experiential learning program that is it just for reading! Participants can learn reading, math, social-emotional, science, and more through fun ways with horses!

Come join us on a 6 week journey through learning!

There are ONLY 8 spots open for each age bracket

Session dates are:
Nov. 5, 12, 19
Dec. 3, 10, 17

Sessions times:
4:30-5:30 (prek-2nd grade)
5:30-6:30 (3rd grade - 6th grade)

Cost for the entire 6 weeks is $150 with a $25 deposit required to hold spot.
