What is something that help you feel more understand, less judged, & more supported? That's always been the goal here, and it's easy to lose hope in myself, but I will never stop fighting to create something that helps anyone else living with mental illnesses. 🖤

This is such an incredible thing to offer.
I love the honesty happening in the comments. 🖤

At the beginning of the week I was working on a clients hair when she said to me..

“Don’t ever, ever feel like your alone”

And man, did I need to hear that. I’ve been very open with my recent mental health journey which is typically not like me but let’s be honest, we need to talk about it more and we need to be there for one another, especially in such dark times.

I am doing another free haircut/wax to someone special. Down below, I want you to comment something you have overcame. Whether it be small or big, and if you don’t want to comment you can personally message my page to enter. Like, share and tag a friend or too.

No matter what it is, I’m rooting for you. Mental health is very, very scary and my chair is a safe space, always.

Don't let those library fines keep you from your next great read! Our "Food for Fines" program is here to help you clear your slate while supporting the community.

Here's the Deal:
📆: Now through November 15th
🥫: Bring in non-perishable food items
💰: We'll take $2 off your overdue fines per donated item.

❤️ All donations go directly to the RASD Elker Cupboard to help local families in need. If you don't have fines, your donation is still deeply appreciated!

Did you know we have a certified Horse Power Reading Instructor?

Horse Powered reading is an experiential learning program that is it just for reading! Participants can learn reading, math, social-emotional, science, and more through fun ways with horses!

Come join us on a 6 week journey through learning!

There are ONLY 8 spots open for each age bracket

Session dates are:
Nov. 5, 12, 19
Dec. 3, 10, 17

Sessions times:
4:30-5:30 (prek-2nd grade)
5:30-6:30 (3rd grade - 6th grade)
