Here is a fun and educational dice and race game you can play at home with your littles. Be sure to use large dice (Dollar Tree has several sizes to choose from).

Babies and toddlers will have fun rolling and tossing while preschoolers can play the game by rolling the dice, counting
the dots, and then moving that many spaces forward.

You can extend this game for older kids:
🤗Start at 20 and subtract your roll
🤗Move forward on odd numbers and backwards on even numbers

I smell Christmas with my nose!
Ages 6 months and up will enjoy this sweet sensory play. Miss Dori likes to use fast food cups with dome lids and the hole that is just the perfect size for a little nose to fit through. For older children, you can wrap the cup and they have to guess what they are smelling. Ideas: cinnamon sticks, fresh sprig of rosemary, fresh pine tree branch, gum drops, marshmallows, gingerbread cookie or dough, candy cane, fresh orange, packet of cocoa, apple slices, whole clove…
