How proud we are to have Michelle Menke CNP for our True Blue Hospice patients. She is full of grace and wisdom and I am in awe of her hanging in there with us during our journey. She is not only a tremendous source of support for our patients and families, but also for our team. So looking forward to a bright future of growing this vision with you!!! Hand hygiene, all things infection control, med management, palliative care, end of life care, and so many wonderful free resources to help your staff provide safe care.

True Blue Hospice nurses are truly the best…we are so thankful for our team. This week I’m especially thankful for nurses who are in love with the ministry of helping patients and their families each day of their journey with us. Mary Ann Weber RN and Dawn Siefer BSN have both served in palliative and hospice care for many years. We love both and thank you for all you do!! 🩷💙🩷💙 we will continue to honor more of our wonderful nursing team in the future!

As we go into the next few days and remember what God and Jesus did let’s remember those who are deep in grief. This is a time to lean on His promise, He sent Jesus for us so we have that hope to spend eternity with Him and our loved ones! Hang onto His promises today. 💙🩷

John 14:1-3
