I don't gatekeep.

Everything I'm allowed to teach, I'll teach - when you're ready.

But some knowledge is sacred.

It's not meant to be consumed casually. It's earned through preparation, dedication, and respect.

Not to exclude. To protect - the work, and you.

Receiving something you're not ready for can do more harm than good.

Self-mastery doesn't mean you never struggle.

It means you don't lose yourself for three weeks when you do.

I still have hard days. Days when I'm short with my kids. Days when old insecurities knock on the door. Days when I question everything I'm doing.

The difference now?

Those days don't run my life anymore. I do my rituals - even when I really don't feel like it. I call on support - even when it feels awkward.

I remind myself who I am - even when I've temporarily forgotten.

And most of the time? I'm steady again quickly.

The shift between where I was five years ago and where I am now isn't that life suddenly got easier.

It's that I built a foundation strong enough to hold me when things get hard.

That didn't happen by accident.

It happened through practice.

Behind the scenes: Every day I show up for myself.

Meditation. Rituals. Exercise.

Some people ask, "Don't you get tired of doing the same thing every day?"

Never.

Because it's not a routine - it's a practice. There's a difference. A routine is something you check off. A practice is something that changes you, slowly and permanently, every single time you return to it.

This is how I bring in the light. How I seal and protect my energy before I step into the day.

How I stay connected to my source and maintain my sovereignty - so I can hold space for my clients from a place of genuine fullness, not depletion.

I don't do it because I should. I do it because I love who I am when I'm aligned - and I've learned that alignment isn't something that just happens. It's something you choose. Every day. On purpose.

The ancient traditions understood this. Consistency in practice isn't rigidity. It's devotion.

Not everything that calls itself healing has roots.

The work I do is sourced from a lineage that is over 3,000 years old. Not reinterpreted. Not modernized for mass appeal. Preserved — carefully, deliberately, and with profound responsibility — by a succession of teachers who dedicated their lives to protecting its integrity.

This lineage has outlasted empires. It existed before self-help was an industry. Before wellness was a market.

It works because it has always worked.

When you sit across from me in a session, you're not receiving something I invented or assembled from a weekend workshop. You're receiving something ancient, tested, and transmitted through an unbroken line of healers and initiates.

That's not a marketing claim. That's a lineage.
