Commitment is the fire that transforms potential into power. It is the moment we stop wishing and start becoming.

Many people say they want change — more peace, abundance, clarity, or purpose — yet hold back the one ingredient that makes transformation possible: commitment.

Commitment is the act of saying yes with your whole being.

It anchors your Will into motion and tells the Universe, “I am ready.”

Hermetic teachings remind us that the world reflects our level of commitment.

Half-hearted effort brings half-formed results.
True success — whether in spiritual work, relationships, or mastery of the self — requires full engagement of mind, heart, and spirit.

When you commit, energy reorganizes around your decision.

Doors open. Opportunities appear. Strength awakens.

What once seemed “too hard” becomes possible because your Will is now aligned with divine purpose.

Without commitment, you stay in the loop of potential — learning, preparing, hoping — but never embodying.

With commitment, you cross the threshold into creation.

I Feel Stuck

I hear this ALL the time. And I used to say it constantly.

Stuck in my business.
Stuck in my grief.
Stuck in patterns I couldn't break.

But here's what I finally learned:

You're not stuck. You're ATTACHED.

There's a difference.

Stuck implies: Something external is blocking you. You're powerless. You need rescue.

Attached means: You're holding onto something that's keeping you in place.

Common attachments that create "stuckness":

1. ATTACHMENT TO BEING RIGHT
"My way is the best way." This keeps you from trying new approaches.

2. ATTACHMENT TO YOUR IDENTITY
"I'm not the type of person who..." This keeps you from evolving.
I was attached to being "Wendy the Business Owner." So attached that I stayed in a business I'd outgrown for YEARS.

3. ATTACHMENT TO YOUR STORY
"I'm the widow." "I'm the victim." "I'm the one who always struggles."
Your story becomes your prison.

4. ATTACHMENT TO CONTROL
"If I just work harder, plan better, control more..." This keeps you from surrendering to your higher path.

5. ATTACHMENT TO COMFORT
Change is uncomfortable. So you stay in the known suffering rather than risk the unknown.

How I got UNSTUCK:
Kabbalah forced me to confront my attachments:

Attached to "success" = my business
Attached to proving myself = my worth
Attached to being seen as "having it together" = my identity

When I released those attachments? Suddenly I wasn't stuck anymore.

I sold my business. Started healing work. Completely transformed my life.

Here's the hard truth:

If you're truly stuck, ask yourself: What am I holding onto?

What belief, identity, story, or need for control is keeping you here?

Because I promise: You're not stuck.

You're just attached to the anchor.

This past week, two members of our community took a profound step forward on their spiritual path, entering Healers Academy and learning the transformative modality of Life Activation. What made this milestone even more powerful was the presence of ten others from our community who gathered to witness and support their 2nd Step Initiation.

There's something sacred about watching someone step into a new level of their power, surrounded by people who've walked the path before them and those who will walk it alongside them. The next morning, one of the initiates shared with me that the enormity of what she'd accomplished had truly landed—she was moved to tears, filled with gratitude and wonder at this remarkable journey she's undertaken.

These moments remind me why the path matters so much. It's not just about what you learn; it's about who you become, and the community that holds you as you transform. Watching these two step into their next chapter, knowing the journey ahead of them, is one of the greatest honors of this work.

KNOW THYSELF
It's written at the Temple of Apollo at Delphi.
It's the foundation of the Modern Mystery School.
It's the key to everything.

But what does it ACTUALLY mean?

It's NOT: ❌ Knowing your personality type (MBTI, Enneagram, etc.) ❌ Knowing your strengths and weaknesses ❌ Understanding your childhood wounds

Those things are helpful. But they're not the depth of "Know Thyself."

"Know Thyself" means:

1. Knowing your DIVINE ESSENCE
Who were you before the world told you who to be? Before trauma? Before conditioning? That's your divine blueprint.

2. Knowing your SHADOW
The parts you've rejected, hidden, denied. You can't be whole until you reclaim your shadow.

3. Knowing your PURPOSE
Not your job. Not your role. Why did your SOUL come here? What are you meant to contribute?

4. Knowing your POWER
You're not a victim. You're a creator. But most people don't know their own power because they've never been taught to access it.

My journey with "Know Thyself":

Before my husband died, I thought I knew myself. I was wrong.
I was Wendy the wife. Wendy the employee. Wendy the daughter.
But when he died, those identities crumbled. And I had NO idea who I was underneath.

The Modern Mystery School gave me a structured path to discover:

~ Who I am beyond my roles (Life Activation)
~ What I'm capable of when blocks are removed (Kabbalah)
~ My purpose and power (Empower Thyself, Ritual Master)

Now?

I know who I am when everything else is stripped away.
I know my light AND my darkness.
I know my purpose—and I'm living it.

That knowing is unshakeable. It doesn't depend on circumstances, relationships, or external validation.

That's freedom.

So when I say "Know Thyself," I'm not talking about a personality quiz.

I'm talking about the deepest spiritual inquiry you can make.

“If something is too hard to do that is necessary, then it is not too hard to do.”

This teaching reveals the truth about Will — not willpower born of stubbornness or ego, but divine Will aligned with purpose.

When we say something is too hard, we’re often responding to discomfort, fear, or self-doubt — not to true impossibility.

But if something is necessary, if it aligns with our growth, healing, or destiny — then the path to complete it already exists within us.

It’s not too hard — it simply demands that we rise to meet it.

Hermetic wisdom teaches that resistance is a mirror. It reflects the gap between who we are now and who we’re becoming.

The moment we choose to act, to step into what must be done despite difficulty, we invoke divine support.

Strength, clarity, and momentum appear as we move — not before.

The Mystery is that the task itself becomes easier once we decide it is non-negotiable.

Will activates energy.

Energy activates change.

Change reveals power.

Happiness is external. Joy is internal.

Happiness comes from:

~Landing a big client
~Getting a compliment
~Vacation days
~Things going "right"

Joy comes from:

~Knowing who you are
~Living in alignment
~Being connected to your purpose
`Standing in your power

I chased happiness for YEARS. And every time I found it, it slipped away again because it was dependent on external circumstances.

But joy? Joy doesn't leave when things get hard. Joy is the deep well inside you that nothing can touch.

The Life Activation helped me remember where that well was. The Kabbalah journey taught me how to access it. And now? I wake up with joy even on the hard days.

Not because everything is perfect. But because I'm connected to who I truly am.

Feeling exhausted even after a full night's sleep? You might be experiencing energy drains.

Here are the 3 types I see most often:

1. ENERGY VAMPIRES (People)

These are the people who leave you feeling depleted after every interaction.

Signs:
~ You dread their calls
~ Conversations are always about THEIR problems
~ ou feel heavy after spending time with them

What to do:

Set energetic boundaries. You don't have to cut them off, but you don't have to be their dumping ground either.

The rituals from Empower Thyself create a protective shield around your energy.

2. ENVIRONMENTAL ENERGY (Places)

Hospitals, crowded malls, even your workplace—some spaces just feel "off."

Signs:
~ You feel fine until you enter certain spaces
~ Your mood shifts dramatically based on location
~ You pick up on "vibes" in rooms

What to do:

Ground yourself before entering heavy spaces. Clear your energy field afterward. I do a protection rituals every morning—takes 10 minutes, saves me hours of recovery.

3. YOUR OWN NEGATIVE THOUGHTS (Internal)

Plot twist: You're often your own biggest energy drain.

Signs:
~ Constant negative self-talk
~ Ruminating on past mistakes
~ Catastrophizing about the future

What to do:

This is the HARDEST one because you can't just "leave" yourself.

This requires inner work—Kabbalah, Etheric Reconstruction, consistent spiritual practice. You have to heal the source.

Here's what helped me most:

I went from absorbing everyone's energy at the State Fair to walking through 270,000 people feeling ONLY my own energy.

That's not willpower. That's upgraded energy fields.

But when we choose beliefs that align with truth — that we are divine, capable, and connected to the infinite — those same structures become supportive.

They become scaffolding for growth, strength, and expansion.

Hermetic wisdom reminds us that beliefs are not facts — they are choices.

They can be rewritten through awareness, will, and practice.
