A Girl and her Table Specializing in massage with purpose. Passionat about good massage. I'm very detailed, thorough, and Welcome to my page! Detailed massage therapist.

I've been a massage therapist for over 15 years. I finished up my massage program at Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork. Prior to that, I attended classes at Sister Rosalind. My continuing eduction includes specialities in deep tissue, cervical orthopedic massage, and my favorite, Active Isolated stretching (AIS). I am currently attending classes for Medical Massage. I believe Range of Motion (ROM) is important to a healthy body. If we had full ROM we would probably have minimum pain that was associated with joint/muscular issues.

There’s something about giving massages in someone home that I truly enjoy💛. Happy holidays everyone

When the liver and gallbladder are imbalanced they are described as stagnant or stuck. That means the energy is not smoothly moving through them. Some of the many physical and emotional symptoms of this imbalance include: headaches, teeth grinding, eye issues (especially the right eye), feeling hot all the time, pms, fibroids, prostate inflammation, irritability, anger, impatience, hip pain, thyroid issues, toenail discoloration waking up between 1am and
3am and feeling restless, an overall feeling of being stuck in one’s life and more. When it hurts to press your finger into your skin of your legs or to pinch an inch around your belly, that pain implies sluggishness in the liver. Also the veins under your tongue should be pink and not dark purple this is also indicative of liver stagnation. It's a good season for coffee enemas liver flushes and all of the herbs and foods that support healthy bile flow and liver detox. Even something as simple as drinking lemon water! Love your liver and don't forget about his buddy the gallbladder!
Check out my liver gallbladder detox guide on healthygutgirl.com online programs or here on my highlights.
It’s CHEAP and hurry before the liver season is over. SPRING is the liver season. You have 11 days to help your liver do what is does best this time of year!

I realized I’ve never posted any pictures of my kids before! Im sure I’ve spoke about them 😉.

•Since Wednesday was Earth Day we went around picking up garbage.
•We tried to chase down the ducks to feed them but they have yet to let us...That we tried for a couple days. Lol We did find a cool old tree and some pretty findings.
•Thursday their school had a teacher parade, which was cute, they enjoyed it.

I hope everyone is doing well through this time.
HOPEFULLY your neck and back are holding up from working at home.!. (funny but...not funny 😩🙃). I Will let you know when I’m allowed to open up again. They say May 4th but you never know things changes. I’m sure there’ll be some restrictions along with opening.

It’s been some time.... it could be a good time to check on those that you think might need a friend.
That goes for children as well, that might not be in a safe home. Make sure they know that you are there for them and they have someone to trust.
