Could it be because those foods are full of life/electricity and not full of fear/despair from slaughterhouse culture?
It could even be the peace of mind You receive when You realize & understand the impact YOU can have from going meat-less.
It’s no secret anymore. You DO NOT need meat to thrive.
Elite athletes are Vegan, Miss Universe is Vegan, more & more restaurants are widening their plant-based options.
It’s growing for a reason. When done correctly, going meat-less can literally save Your life!

Set Yourself Up for Success!
It is literally NO SECRET that no one wants to be constantly cooking while on Their fitness journey.
That’s one of the reason a lot of people fall off or don’t even try to get their dream body!
As much as I love to cook, I agree 100%. I’m not trying to be in the kitchen for all of my free time.
That’s why I learned how to calculate my specific Macros & Calories, then cook my meals in advance! 1-2 hours on a Sunday, cooking, listening to music or a podcast…anyone can do that!
Once it’s done, You realize that You just set Yourself up for a successful week. Not to mention all the time You’re going to be saving from not having to cook for another few days!
It also helps You save money & that awful fast food feeling by skipping drive-thru’s.
By meal prepping a plant-based meal, You’re also hyper-nourishing Your body by feeding Yourself loads of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals & phytonutrients😋🌱 that are absolutely crucial in today’s virus-filled world.

We’ve all known since We can remember. What “right & wrong” is.
Don’t hit.
Don’t steal.
Speak to others how You want to be spoken to.
Do Your best
Do Your best
No that’s not a typo, I wrote it twice because it seems to be the one We can most easily forget.
By simply Doing Our Best, everything else falls into place.
We don’t have time for BS or negativity. We automatically treat others with upmost respect & receive it in turn (most of the time)
When We do Our best, We may not know what is always best or “right”…but We DO usually know what is wrong.
So, by default, anything else becomes the “right” decision. Because it moves Us forward!
Are You at a crossroads right now? Not sure what is “best” or “the right” choice?
Instead of debating that, ask Yourself, “What’s the WRONG thing to do?
Chances are You’ll get plenty of ideas flowing into Your head😂
Do anything else. Literally anything else, the best You can. Then adjust as needed.
Now, You know that a workout is better than no workout & good nutrition is better than eating like sh*t..but still just not sure what to do or afraid of wasting time & money?

For any progress to take place, there must be tension. Progress of any kind does not come from a place of comfort.
Starting Your fitness journey should make You somewhat tense. Going for a big lift, SHOULD make You tense. Seeing what You CAN be ,should, make You tense.
But do not confuse it with anxiety. Anxiety brings fear. Fear brings no action/less action. No action, brings no progress.
Anxiety is the death of possibility. Tension is the birth of it.

It’s something I hear all the time. “I tried Vegan, but my health declined.” Or “I don’t want to lose all my muscle” or one of my favorites “my friend says I’ll become deficient in __”
Do I look malnourished or deficient?
I took the time to research & experiment, instead of listening to what unqualified & fearful people had to say.

Abs are made in the kitchen!
When I first set out on my fitness journey in 2013, I did what most beginners do.
I did SO many crunches, reps & sprints, literally every single day. Waiting eagerly for the cuts to chisel themselves out.
But my body just wasn’t reflecting the amount of work I was putting into it!
Maybe You’ve been there, too! You put in SO much work/ effort in, to get virtually nowhere🥲
Not until I started researching & understanding Nutrition, did I see any noticeable results.
You can spend allllll day In the gym or on the treadmill, but it will more than likely count for nothing if Your body isn’t being fueled correctly.
Your body needs CONSISTENT Energy (Calories) in order to build/sustain itself! Those calories are made up of Macronutrients. Protein, Fats & Carbs.
Trying to lose fat? Your caloric intake, at the end of the day, needs to be in a deficit of Your maintenance intake. Reverse that if You’re trying to gain weight, calories need to be slightly above Your maintenance. Your macronutrient needs must reflect these different goals, as well. (That’s over-simplified but is the basic concept)
However, by utilizing a Vegan diet, You are opening the flood gates for Phytonutrients to literally, hyper-nourish Your body with insane amounts of Micronutrients!
I saw, and more importantly, FELT faster results than I ever did as a meat-eater.
Meal prepping is the simplest way to ENSURE You see the FASTEST results. This is one of the main pieces to my program & I’d love to show You how it’s done! All with foods that will make You feel full, energized & indulged.

Never thought I’d be here!
I’m from a small town in Nebraska, the most land locked place in the States.
Never imagined I’d be going to the beach whenever I felt like it, in Florida of all places.
I also never imagined, while growing up, that I would be helping people get into shape & building healthy habits.
But the thing I can look back on & say I really never imagined, was that I’ve done it all without eating meat 🥩
See, I did start my fitness journey while eating meat, but I never felt…good.
I was always tired, bloated, sore and had some intense stomach issues. I could never figure out why! I figured everyone had these symptoms to some extent.
Then I heard about plant-based nutrition and how it can help with energy levels & stomach issues. So, instead of being closed-minded, I decided to do an experiment.
Within my very first week of eating Vegan, my stomach issues were beginning to subside, I had energy throughout the entire day & my acne was clearing up (which I hadn’t even planned for).
I continued to study plant-based nutrition, and realized I was feeling/looking alive because I was fueling Myself with foods that were ALIVE & FULL of electricity ⚡️
My body was becoming a Temple of Life, instead of a graveyard full of dead flesh.
It’s been almost 9 years now, and I never once imagined I would be saying that I’ll never be going back.

I figured it out🤩
Looking to lose that excess body fat?
Trying to put on some strong, lean muscle?
Well, I figured out how!
I figured it out the hard way😮‍💨Which means I lost a lot of time that could’ve been spent productively😒
I starved Myself & went low carb, because carbs are evil, right?😣
I worked out 3x a day, because the more You workout, the more muscle, right?😖
I still went out & partied, because a nap the next day will make up for all that brain & body abuse, right?!💀
Man..I had no idea what the hell I was doing.😅You might be in that same spot, and that’s ok!
Once I came to terms with Myself that I wasn’t seeing even half the results I should be given the amount of effort I was putting, I decided I needed help🤔
THAT’S when I figured it out🥳
How should I expect to know what to do, when I had never done it?!
If the most ELITE athletes/warriors/entrepreneurs needed help…how the f@$k would I be any different🤯
Having a Coach changed my life & propelled me to be where I am…entertaining strangers while confidently knocking out spider push-ups on the beach😂🤷‍♂️
