A Mental Health Moment of Grounding and Perspective
During the holidays, our priorities can easily become blurred.
“Busyness” has become the last socially acceptable pathology—one that often leads to stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, especially when we fear we’re not doing “enough.” And before long, the pressure to keep up can quietly shift into the belief that we are not enough.
When you feel stretched—by real demands or imagined expectations—gently return to a few grounding truths:
● Reconnect with your “Why.”
● Honor the checklist you created when your mind was calm.
Remember: You cannot be all things to all people.
Protect your energy so you remain part of your own care.
Holidays were meant to be a time of gratitude and connection, yet commercial pressures often overshadow that intention. So, here’s a lighthearted reminder to breathe, laugh a little, and reclaim your peace.
