No shower no work out for 2 days.... power back on... work out is on. 25 minutes of stairs. 3x 60 sec planks. And a walk around the block. NOW it's time cold coffe and a shower. With 15 LBS as something to hold onto. 🤣😂🤣😍🤩😹

Fun fact: Back in 2018. I HAD A SEIZURE in a NETWORKING meeting. surrounded by 14 people at Fergs Sports bar. in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY..... Woke up in the ER..... ALONE. The person in charge of the group NEVER reached out or anything..... BEcareful who you surround yourself with..... They might not even care.... I later learned it was Ferg himself who called 911, I was actually doing business with Ferg himself at the time. Selling my PAstry treats I made with my Father. If you had a seizure, who would call 911 for you? I Only SUN COAST Networkers with these friendly humans, BECAUSE I know they'd call if I needed them to. Thank you to my NEtworking family.
