Everyone talks about avocado for the healthy fats…

But hardly anyone mentions the fiber.

🥑 1 avocado = about 10g fiber
🥑 ½ avocado = about 5g fiber

Easy real-life ways to add it today:

• Eggs + avocado
• Avocado toast
• Toss it into a salad
• Mash with lime + salt for a quick spread

Now stack this with yesterday’s habit:

✔ Chia seeds = 10g fiber
✔ ½ avocado = 5g fiber

You’re already at 15g fiber… and it’s barely lunchtime.

Quick reality check…

Most women only eat 10–12g of fiber a day, but your body actually needs around 30g daily to support:

• healthy digestion
• fat loss
• balanced blood sugar
• healthy hormones

And if you’re on a GLP-1 medication, fiber becomes even more important.

Because let’s be honest…

If you’re not eating fiber, your digestive system is eventually going to file a complaint.

Today’s Easy Win: Chia Seeds

Just 1 tablespoon = about 10g of fiber

Simple ways to use them:

• mix into yogurt
• add to a protein shake
• stir into oatmeal
• sprinkle on berries

One spoon. 10g fiber.

You just hit ⅓ of your daily goal.
