We're almost there! While we're honoring the tradition of the steakhouse that once occupied this location...YES we're keeping one of those iconic cows and will soon have a contest here on Facebook to name it! We are upgrading and updating the building and will soon introduce a top-of-the-line event location that will serve this community for generations to come! The process has taken a long time we know, but the wait will be well worth it!

While we say good-bye to Peter who has moved on to new endeavors, we welcome Chris and all that he brings to the community!
Chris is honored to lead Tradition’s team of event specialists and service professionals as they continue the legacy and tradition of delivering Service Excellence and being active in our local community.
Chris has been in the service and hospitality industry for over 35 years. He brings his creativity and unique perspective on creating meaningful experiences, moments that truly matter, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Chris is originally from Northeast Ohio and calls both Florida and the Carolinas home. He considers himself more of a Southern gentleman who just happened to be born in the North. His passion is to provide a warm and welcoming environment providing distinctive hospitality and venue options to celebrate all life events.
We look forward to serving you and creating unforgettable life events and elevated experiences with attention to every detail.

The Jungle Terrace neighborhood is one of the most authentic in all of St Pete! From the shoreline east to 66th street, 40th avenue south to 22nd avenue, its made up of parks and lakes, wonderful restaurants and tree-lined streets! Our special little slice of paradise is what real Americana is all about!

The former Tampa Bay Rays spring training base, Baseball City, hosts high school and college games. On the site of a Tocobaga tribe village in the nearby Jungle Prada area, Sacred Lands offers gardens, burial mounds, and roaming peacocks, plus cultural events.
And we're on our way to opening an event center right in the heart of it that will serve this amazing community and beyond!
