I have soo many simple, quick, and effective routines that DRAMATICALLY improve your ability to move around athletically. This work is extremely noticeable when you see the athletes that I have trained or myself move around I sport. We move like Tigers.
but that's not the only benefit!
Many people don't realize that developing these movements and skills does't just enhance "footwork" and the way you move in sport, but it is very healthy for your physiology. Good for the feet, the ankles, the hips, the movement patterns, simultaneous hip flexion and hip extension, pelvic rotation, counter rotation, internal and external rotation of the femur....you name it, this helps it.
You can mix these routines in for cardio and attain more benefits than a bike or treadmill.
Having these capabilities is a direct reflection of how healthy your physiological network is! The version of you with these capabilities (that can move like a cat) is astronomically better than the one that struggles and compensates with this type of movement.
It bewilders me how many people just stick to basic gym movements, leave these capabilities on the table, and just accept tightness and dysfunction.
Which is why these simple and effective routines are so powerful.
Prioritize movement folks, prioritize the way you feel and function, no matter what your goal is!
