Here on the island, it’s easy to see how everything in nature moves in rhythm — the tide, the light, the wind through the oaks.
That rhythm is what informs my practice.
For more than two decades, I’ve studied the body, the breath, the brain and the human experience — weaving together communication, leadership, and movement science into one integrated approach to wellness.
But at its heart, the work is simple:
to remember what’s already been written — in the body, in the breath, in creation itself.
At East Beach Yoga, research meets ritual.
The science of the nervous system meets the art of embodied presence.
Because wellness isn’t about chasing what’s new.
It’s about remembering what’s true.
Return to breath.
Return to strength.
Return to what’s real.
Every class here is designed to build resilience, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm — one that already knows how to rise, rest, and begin again.
This is where practice meets presence — timeless, intentional, and rooted in rhythm.
Founder Traci Lee, 500-hour ERYT, holds degrees in Communications (BFA) and Organizational Leadership (BS), bridging two decades of work across yoga, wellness, and somatic education. Her classes merge the science of physiology with the sacredness of presence — grounding every practice in evidence, experience, and grace.
Because wellness isn’t a trend.
It’s a return — to breath, strength, and what’s real.
