Looking for a crowd-pleasing bite? 😋

Try this festive favorite: Roasted Sweet Potato Bites with Goat Cheese, Walnuts & Honey 🍯🍠

Ingredients:
• 2 sweet potatoes, sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 5 oz goat cheese
• ½ cup roasted walnuts
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• 2 tbsp balsamic reduction
• 3 tbsp honey

Steps:
1. Toss potato slices with oil, salt, and paprika
2. Bake at 450°F for 10 mins per side
3. Top with goat cheese, walnuts, and cranberries
4. Drizzle with balsamic and honey

Perfect for gatherings. Simple, beautiful, and gone in minutes! 😋
