This is an intake note for a new patient. One thing that INFURIATES me about other "men's clinics" is the bait and switch. Almost all of them offer a "starting at" price or you get started and they want to add on all kinds of medications that you can only buy from them. Many hide the fact that you also have to pay for labs or pay for visits or the testosterone itself! It's deceptive and shows you how that clinic operates before even being trapped there as a patient. That is why I have had set prices from the start. You know what you're getting and you know what you're paying. No questions or confusion. Hell, it's even posted on my website for anyone to see - even my "competitors"!

What is success? I’ve been chasing “success” all my life. I’ve always wanted to be successful. I’ve never felt satisfied — and still don’t professionally. Maybe that’s why I keep pushing to improve and be better. I will say that I have, for some reason, had tremendous success in finding a partner. has been in my corner from day one. Today I was particularly stressed and sleep deprived (sleep regressing baby), and Julia had food delivered to work. It’s all of the small things that add up. I’m as successful as it gets when it comes to my partner and now perfect baby boy. I hope all of my patients find the same.

Testosterone is one of the most misunderstood topics online—thanks to TikTok “experts,” Reddit threads, and influencers who look like they walked straight out of a superhero movie.

So let’s clear up a few things:

💥 Myth: TRT turns you into the Hulk.
Reality: It restores normal levels for men who are low. Not superhuman—just you feeling like yourself again.

❤️ Myth: Testosterone is dangerous for your heart.
Reality: When it’s monitored correctly and dosed appropriately, the current evidence shows no increased heart attack or stroke risk.
