I just realized I failed to add the facts! I lost 8.6lbs with the Sure Thing program from Bodi on Demand! 💪🏼 I gained muscles in my legs and arms - lost 2” in my upper chest - 3” in my middle chest and down .5” off my waist and hips! I even gained an inch of 🍑 🙌🏻😆

Tomorrow I will start “Job 1” - 4 weeks -20mins a day! Join me on Bodi on Demand!

Doc orders were to take it easy for a month - I have chiropractor appointments 3 times a week for that month 🤞🏼 fingers ...

Well yesterday ended the program for me due to an injury 😣🫣 I’m gonna take it extra easy this weekend and return to see doc Monday! Hopefully better news and a new program to follow (I’m gonna take next week off from big workouts and just do simple stretches and walking next week)! If I can, I will weight in and measure tomorrow and I will do my best for after photos! Have a great easy weekend yall!
