I am a children's book author and publisher of Karma Cats to the Rescue and Karma Cats to the Farm. I worked in the wellness field for 30 years as an exercise phyisologist, yoga teacher and yoga studio owner. I have been vegan since 2002 and have a vegan cooking channel on Youtube. I am a passionate animal advocate for all beings!
