If you’ve ever been curious why I steam listen here to my story. But in short, it’s because the oils of the herbs continue to support my tissues and my body wherever I am.

✨✨Magnificent news friends✨✨

You’re looking at the NEW OWNER of Yoga Salinas!!!! 🤩

To be really honest I never saw myself as owning a yoga studio, or even teaching in one. But when Jen asked me to consider taking over Yoga Salinas the idea sparked something deep inside of me.

I’ve always wanted to be able to nurture and support the community in which I flourish. Feeling this is the next step in living out that purpose.

I came to the practice of yoga as a way to find calm in the chaos of my anxiety driven mind and it became the tool that I come back to again and again when things get hard.

Reaffirming my dedicated to offering this transformational practice to the community.

Teaching yoga has taken me many places and allowed me to meet so many amazing and inspirational individuals.

Just yesterday I was able to hold a private session at the studio and then to the beach for a summertime outdoor class.
