At Steadfast Chiropractic, our team is deeply committed to walking alongside our practice members on their unique health journeys. We never take for granted the trust you place in us; it truly means the world and we're so grateful!
We've had a lot of new faces at our office lately, so we wanted to do some team introductions. Each person on our team brings their own passion, personality, and heart for helping others, and we can’t wait for you to get to know them better.

Our newest team member, Katie, has always had a deep passion for caring for others—especially those walking through seasons of struggle or difficulty. Her own journey through chronic pain has shaped a profound appreciation for health, wellness, and the healing process.

For fun, she loves obsessively learning everything she can about what interests her at the moment. You can often find her curled up in her favorite chair with a book or a podcast in her ears and coffee in her hand or spending time with her four kids and her husband.

Her introduction to chiropractic care came after the birth of her third child when she began experiencing intense back spasms. She then had a beautiful labor experience after receiving chiropractic care throughout her fourth pregnancy. Over time, though, she began experiencing unexplained chronic pain, migraines, and other serious health scares.

Walking into Steadfast for the first time, she felt much older than her years, but through consistent care and support from Dr. Andrew and the Steadfast team, she now feels stronger and more vibrant than she has in a long time.

Her experience has taught her that the path toward healing is personal, often winding, and never one-size-fits-all. But she knows that one thing is certain: regular chiropractic care can be a powerful step toward taking ownership of your health and moving forward with renewed strength and hope.

She has been at Steadfast for a year now and she finds great joy encouraging our practice members through their own health journeys with empathy and compassion.

Your body is still going through major changes, from hormonal shifts to core and nervous system recovery, so it’s important to prioritize rest, nourishment, and gentle movement instead of rushing back to normal.
