Happy Labor Day!! Here are some tips to help you know when YOUR labor day is coming up! 

1. Contractions are growing longer, stronger and closer together.
2. Contractions don’t go away even if you move or change positions. 
3. You find it difficult to walk and talk during contractions. 

Every mama’s labor day is unique to them. When in doubt, call your healthcare provider. We want to hear your labor day experiences! How did you know your labor was starting?
