Well, it’s official. It finally feels like a real December and snow is upon us.
As I have grown older, I have found joy in all the seasons. I hold close the muffled night time sounds as the snow is falling and covering the earth. I breathe in the fresh air and feel it on my cheeks. I smile as the snow sparkles in the sun.
Winter is cozy, winter is slow, winter is time for rest. It’s a season to go inward and recover from the busy times we’ve had. We find it easier to give our bodies permission to sleep more. Only moving if we truly must.
Listen to your body this season. Trust it and lean into the messages it may be sharing with you. ✨

I’m so grateful that I have the opportunity to set up wherever you are. It takes trust to allow someone to enter that sacred space called Home and be a part of your safe haven.
In my opinion, this so the best way to do it. The last few times I have received bodywork it’s also been in my home and there is nothing better than getting relaxed, releasing tension, and then staying exactly where you are.

These words have been ringing true in my heart and soul. As ideas come pouring in and my mind crosses forks in the road. Which path do l take? Which one will brighten my own future and the future of all those I meet along the way?
I have definitely walked along several and found the barrier of my own mental dead ends. I have frolicked in joy, only to discover I jumped way to quick down this road.
I have definitely felt the embarrassment of being a little lost. Or a lot haha
That being said, each day we get to try again and navigate through this journey of life. We transition with each season and discover more about who we are and what rings true in our souls. The tangible and spiritual things that vibrate throughout every fiber of our being.
At last clarity has been found within my own mind. And great things are in the works. Massages and body work will be had, intentional jewelry will be created, and we all we walk along the path of intuition, healing and grounding. ✨
