Arnell Bertumen is the founder of TaiChiME4Health. He teaches Power T’aiji, Self-Healing TaiChiGong to small Groups, conducts Retreat, as well Personalized One-on-One Coaching or as a Fun Family Training Activity. Sifu Arnell has taught Meditation in Motion in several Senior Centers in Utah.
Sifu Arnell has been trained and certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA), Diabetes, and Back Pain by world renowned instructor Grand Master Dr. Paul Lam of Sydney, Australia. TCA is now recognized as one of the 3 official national exercise programs approved by CDC that helps prevent fall among older Adults.
This Self-Healing TaiChiGong offers you a Valuable ‘Me Time’ - an opportunity to be in Your Own Time and Space; get Energized the Nature’s way; and, a chance to Reconnect with your Source of Grace and Favors.
TaiChiGong simply means Breath Work. Some call it “Chinese Yoga” or “Meditation in Motion”. This is an ancient Chinese art form to help increase one’s Vitality, renewed Health, and improved Immune System. A ‘very’ low impact form of aerobic exercise for all ages, gender, race, creed, religion, and color.
Every Spring time (between March thru May), in observance of the Annual of World TaiChiGong celebration, Sifu Arnell offers a Free Community Event for Participants to have a taste of the efficacies of this practice or discipline.
