Thank you to everyone who came to join us (FULL HOUSE) for our annual 2 hour cycle ride 🚲 It is always so special to teach with my amazing mom (the only time we get to do it!) so thank you again for coming to the ride!!

Today is the day to reserve your spot for our annual Thanksgiving 🦃 cycle ride at Herriman Vasa! The class will be from 7-9am, but if you want to be there for the full 2 hours, please sign up for both 7am and 8am classes. If you want to do just one hour, that’s totally great too!

And yes, there will be door prizes!! We already have the following sponsors:




ALSO, will also be teaching a 6am Pump class on Thanksgiving as well, and so you can get strength 💪 and cycle 🚲 to start your Thanksgiving day right 🙌 (No need to sign up for this one in advance)
